When I was a child, my father dreamed of building a house for my family to grow up in. It was a huge milestone that I watched him work tirelessly to accomplish.
He finally built his dream home.
I didn’t get it back then.
Now, it all makes sense to me.
I’ve watched this same dream become universal across countries and generations to this day.
And now, millennials and Generation Z are ready to start building homes for their own families. This is going to be a major boom for the housing industry.
What’s more, millennials are going to be the critical catalyst for America 2.0.
Booms like this are happening across all industries like we’ve never seen before.
2020 is going to be a breakout year. And there’s an easy way for you to get in on the ground floor of these market explosions.
Check out this week’s video and find out how to capitalize on the next housing boom:
Prepare for a Stock Market Boom
We all want a home. We all associate home with certain comforts: our parents, good food and security.
You know that I have been talking to you about a housing boom driven by the largest generation in country’s history. 93 million strong — the millennial generation.
There is a generation right after them that’s not quite as big. However, these generations are so close together — millennials and Gen Z — that I really believe they are the critical catalyst for my America 2.0 prediction.
You can learn more about my America 2.0 predictions here. Or you can watch the video presentation on America 2.0 and this lollapalooza effect.
America 2.0 is bigger than the sum of its parts and each individual mega trend is linked.
These megatrends include: the millennial housing boom, Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, robotics, precision medicine, new energy and 3-D printing.
Put it all together and this is a recipe for an absolute boom; growth of a magnitude and size that we simply have not seen for nearly 20 years. We are seeing it now. I believe 2020 is going to be a breakout year in terms of growth.
What About All The Recession Fears?
The lollapalooza effect is partly responsible for the current stock market boom.
Some people are looking backward in the rearview mirror and seeing the crash of 2000, the crises of 2008, and all the mini crises we’ve had since 2008. They are scared, they are pessimistic, they are gloomy and they are afraid.
That why, even as the stock market is making all-time highs, there is trillions of dollars sitting in cash.
If you want to get in on America 2.0, it’s not too late.
However, wait too long and you are going to miss out. That’s what history tells me. The vast majority of people wait for everything to be pitch perfect get in too late.
Like 2000. Like 2007. They got in at the top, and it was too late.
Now is the moment to get in.
In my America 2.0 video I give you all the details.
We have been early and our readers have gotten a head start. I want you to be one of them. Get a head start on America 2.0.
